Building Things That Matter

Products, teams, ideas, experiments — what drives me is seeing something real come out of good thinking and good people.

My Journey

From Software Engineer & Consultant to Leadership (1998-2013)

Starting as a systems consultant at Capgemini, I quickly discovered my passion for bridging technology and business needs. Through roles at CIBER, ProActive, and Capgemini, I honed my skills in enterprise architecture, business development and leading and empowering people.

Evolution to Chief Product & Technology Officer (2013-2024)

As VP of Product & Engineering at Wizdom (now Omnia) and later as Chief Product Officer & Head of Engineering at Zensai (LMS365), I led teams that scaled SaaS products to millions of users. At Zensai, we grew from 2 to €25M+ ARR, serving over 3,000 customers worldwide. This is also where I first introduced AI into a product.

The AI-Native Product Organization (2024-Present)

Today, my work sits at the intersection of product leadership, organizational design and AI.

After more than a decade leading product and engineering organizations, I've become increasingly interested in a broader question:

How should we redesign product organizations when AI fundamentally changes the economics of creating products?

I advise founders, leadership teams and boards on product strategy, product operating models and organizational design, helping them move beyond adding AI to existing ways of working toward building truly AI-native product organizations.

Alongside this, I continue to build Work2gether AI - an AI-native product that serves as my own laboratory for experimenting with modern product creation, AI-enabled operating models and new ways of working.

For me, AI is a transformative technology that fundamentally changes how products are created and evolved, how organizations learn, and how leadership teams make decisions.

Why I Build, Why I Help

I've seen firsthand how the right product, the right team, and the right idea - at the right moment can make a real difference. Technology and AI aren't just tools to me they are ways to unlock potential, solve real problems, and make work better for people.

These are the areas I keep coming back to:

  • Empowering teams to collaborate better, work smarter, and grow through stronger habits, tools and shared ownership
  • Creating sustainable growth by exploring new technologies - like AI - thoughtfully and applying them where they make a real difference
  • Building products that solve real problems and create lasting value
