Building Things That Matter

Products, teams, ideas, experiments — what drives me is seeing something real come out of good thinking and good people.

My Journey

From Software Engineer & Consultant to Leadership (1998-2013)

Starting as a systems consultant at Capgemini, I quickly discovered my passion for bridging technology and business needs. Through roles at CIBER, ProActive, and Capgemini, I honed my skills in enterprise architecture, business development and leading and empowering people.

Evolution to Chief Product & Technology Officer (2013-2024)

As VP of Product & Engineering at Wizdom (now Omnia) and later as Chief Product Officer & Head of Engineering at Zensai (LMS365), I led teams that scaled SaaS products to millions of users. At Zensai, we grew from 2 to €25M+ ARR, serving over 3,000 customers worldwide. This is also where I first introduced AI into a product.

Blue Sky Work (2024-Present)

Today, as a Fractional CPTO and AI Advisor, I help organizations turn ambitious ideas into real-world impact by enabling empowered teams, and accelerating AI adoption. The name "Blue Sky Work" comes from my first company in 2012, inspired by blue-sky thinking — the art of unlimited, open-minded possibilities. This is particularly apt in the AI era, where transformations are more revolutionary than they are evolutionary.

Why I Build, Why I Help

I've seen firsthand how the right product, the right team, and the right idea - at the right moment can make a real difference. Technology and AI aren't just tools to me they are ways to unlock potential, solve real problems, and make work better for people.

These are the areas I keep coming back to:

  • Creating sustainable growth by exploring new technologies — like AI — thoughtfully and applying them where they make a real difference
  • Empowering teams to collaborate better, work smarter, and grow through stronger habits, tools and shared ownership
  • Building products that solve real problems and create lasting value
