I have spent 25+ years building and scaling B2B SaaS companies - from early product foundations to platforms serving thousands of customers.
Today, I operate as CTO & COO at openrecruit, where I focus on turning ambition into a scalable and reliable execution engine - aligning product, engineering and operations, and introducing AI as part of how we work.
I tend to get involved when things start to get more complex - especially when growth puts pressure on how things work.
